Took some time to finish this piece. Couldn't help it but modifying it all over again.
The main inspiration source was the Mad Hatter that came from "American McGee's Alice" well, atleast his face characteristics.
I'll try to come up with a better comment next time, I haven't slept all night and I'm very tired now.
Anyway, hope you'll like it.

It looks like Batman the animated series' mad hatter was mixed with Shrek forever after's rumplestiltskin. WELL DONE! smooth lines, nice shading, 10 out of 10
I like that he looks so similar to American McGee's Hatter, but this is like... before Alice went mad. He's still himself, he's still insane, but before everything got too far out.
Even if it is based on an "extreme" vision of the classic tale, I like that you had the self-control to keep him as the regular old Mad Hatter, who is a real character as is.
